Will earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Chemistry, with a minor in Natural Resources Science and Management and completed his doctoral research at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, in the department of Bioproducts and Biosystems Engineering, though he is currently ABD. Will's doctoral research was focused on assessing the productivity and suitability of novel cellulosic biomass feedstock production systems for the upper midwest region of the United States. Will is currently managing the establishment of the first commercial pongamia orchard in Hawaii, while also searching for and evaluating additional growth opportunities for TerViva™.
