Terviva COVID-19 Corporate Statement

During these unprecedented times, Terviva remains focused on supporting the health and safety of all members of our organization. Our team is constantly monitoring the COVID-19 threat and taking appropriate measures to ensure proper employee training and illness prevention. We understand the importance of maintaining a work environment that safely addresses the health concerns of our staff, visitors, and shareholders. Our main priorities are our work family’s health and safety while carrying out the corporate mission of Terviva.

We are committed to partnering with our staff to provide the safest work environment possible under current circumstances. In order to safely and effectively keep our operations open, Terviva is continuously assessing information, making decisions, and developing guidelines and procedures related to the pandemic. We will continue to make prudent decisions regarding our operations in order to keep our staff, visitors, and customers safe, while staying true to Terviva’s corporate culture and values. All of our staff are eligible for paid leave for illness and family care in accordance with the Families First Coronavirus Response Act. Updates to our policies, guidelines and procedures will be made in accordance with evolving local and national guidelines, and any “best practices” recommended by health care professionals.

As government restrictions allow, we will remain operational. Currently, we have largely transitioned to allow corporate employees to work from home, and we will continue to do so until it is safe to do otherwise. Testing is made available to all employees at no cost. Our on-site staff receive regular COVID-19 tests and personal protective equipment, along with resources for safety on the job and at home.

Our Florida operations continue with significant modifications to our work environment and policies to ensure the health and safety of all employees. To familiarize our staff with these changes, as well as our new safety guidelines, we are providing periodic Safety Procedure Trainings for all staff. In order to accommodate appropriate social distancing, Terviva has made changes to its facilities which include (but are not limited to) spacing office desks and workstations, restricting gathering sizes and occupancy in meeting spaces, and establishing directional traffic patterns in certain high traffic areas.

As we continue to navigate this rapidly changing landscape, our team remains fully committed to prioritizing the health and safety of our Terviva family.
